This position forms a critical part of the Customer Service Team. Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager, the individual will be positioned in a team environment, working closely with several stakeholders within the business and driving the overall Company Business Strategy. Our ideal candidate must be ready for a fast-paced, multi-faceted position with a strong emphasis on responsiveness, accuracy, and willingness to learn. Excellent attention to detail and ERP knowledge is essential, and equally excellent communication skills are required. The (CSR) will help support our Business Development Sales Manager’s with B2B sales to maximize revenue growth. and position the company as a strategic supplier with a growing customer base. Senior Flex & Rigid Flex PCB Engineer
New Bedford, MA
The Senior Flex & Rigid Flex PCB Engineer is responsible for converting customer designs into manufacturable solutions. This includes reviewing customer-supplied data and drawings, performing design rule checks, developing stack-ups, and generating manufacturing data, shop travelers, programs, and tooling needed to produce complex printed circuit boards. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in flex and rigid-flex PCB planning and a strong understanding of advanced PCB manufacturing processes.
This position is both technical and collaborative: you will work directly with customers, engineers, and internal teams to ensure designs meet specifications, are manufacturable, and can be delivered with the highest quality and efficiency. While the facility is located in Dallas, TX, we will consider qualified candidates for a remote position, with the expectation of traveling to the factory for one week each quarter.
